Most operations problems aren't operations problems.

They're goals that drifted out of focus. Ownership that was never quite settled. Systems built around how things used to work, kept running because no one has had the time to step back and redesign them.

By the time someone reaches out to a consultant, the cost has usually been adding up for a while — in time, in missed opportunities, in decisions made with incomplete information. The fix is rarely more process. It's the right process, owned by the right people, pointed at the right goal.

Većina problema u poslovanju zapravo nisu operativni problemi.

To su ciljevi koji su s vremenom izgubili fokus. Odgovornosti koje nikada nisu do kraja dogovorene. Sistemi izgrađeni oko nekadašnjeg načina rada, koji i dalje funkcionišu jer niko nije imao vremena da zastane i osmisli ih iznova.

I've worked inside the functions I now help fix.

Finance, tax, legal, IT, marketing, executive operations, accounting. Most consultants specialize in one of these and learn the others as they go. I've sat in those seats — which is why I can see how the parts actually connect, and where things tend to slip.

That experience changes the conversation. Instead of mapping your processes for three weeks, we start with one question: what are you actually trying to achieve? Then we work backward until the operation matches the ambition.

Engagements are scoped to what you actually need — sometimes a short diagnostic, sometimes a longer rebuild, sometimes ongoing support. You get a clear plan, not a forty-page report.

Finansije, porezi, pravo, IT, marketing, izvršne operacije, računovodstvo. Većina konsultanata se specijalizuje za jednu od ovih oblasti, a ostale upoznaje usput. Ja sam sedela u tim ulogama — i zato vidim kako se delovi zapravo povezuju, i gde stvari obično počnu da klize.

To iskustvo menja razgovor. Umesto da tri nedelje mapiramo vaše procese, krećemo od jednog pitanja: šta zapravo želite da postignete? A zatim radimo unazad, sve dok operacija ne odgovara ambiciji.

Angažmani se prilagođavaju onome što vam je zaista potrebno — ponekad kraća dijagnostika, ponekad duža reorganizacija, ponekad kontinuirana podrška. Dobijate jasan plan, ne izveštaj od četrdeset strana.

How we might work together.

Every business needs something slightly different, so engagements are shaped around what's actually in front of you. A few common shapes:

A short diagnostic.

When you know something's off but can't name it. Usually a few weeks of focused conversation and observation. You leave with a clear picture of what's broken, what's noise, and what to do first.

A workflow rebuild.

When the diagnosis is done and you want me to do the work. I redesign the operation around your goals and stay until it's running.

Ongoing support.

Part-time, recurring. For owners who don't need a full-time COO but want someone who owns the operation between board meetings.

If your situation doesn't fit any of these neatly, that's normal — most don't. A 30-minute call is usually enough to figure out the right shape.

Svaki posao traži nešto malo drugačije, pa se angažmani oblikuju prema onome što se nalazi pred vama. Nekoliko uobičajenih oblika:

Kratka dijagnostika.

Kada osećate da nešto ne funkcioniše, ali ne možete tačno da imenujete šta. Obično nekoliko nedelja fokusiranog razgovora i posmatranja. Na kraju dobijate jasnu sliku — šta ne radi, šta je samo buka, i šta uraditi prvo.

Reorganizacija procesa.

Kada je dijagnostika završena i želite da ja preuzmem posao. Redizajniram operaciju oko vaših ciljeva i ostajem dok ne profunkcioniše.

Kontinuirana podrška.

Honorarno, na duži rok. Za vlasnike kojima ne treba COO sa punim radnim vremenom, ali im treba neko ko vodi operacije između sednica.

Ako vaša situacija ne odgovara nijednom od ovih oblika u potpunosti, to je normalno — većina i ne odgovara. Tridesetominutni razgovor je obično dovoljan da zajedno odredimo pravi oblik saradnje.

Why solo, not a firm.

Because the value you're paying for is judgment, not headcount.

At a firm, junior consultants are usually the ones doing the work, billed at senior rates. The output is a deck. The relationship is a managed account.

I do the work myself. I talk to leadership directly. Engagements are short enough that the cost is obvious and the impact is faster than the invoice. That's the whole pitch.

Zašto solo, a ne agencija.

Zato što ono što plaćate jeste prosuđivanje, a ne broj ljudi na projektu.

U agencijama posao obično rade mlađi konsultanti, a naplaćuje se po cenama starijih. Rezultat je prezentacija. Odnos je vođen kao klijentski nalog.

Posao radim sama. Razgovaram direktno sa rukovodstvom. Angažmani su dovoljno kratki da je trošak jasan, a efekat brži od fakture. To je cela ponuda.

Working in operations means seeing the parts of a business most people never see — the numbers, the tensions, the things that aren't working yet. That trust is the foundation of the work.

Everything we discuss is confidential by default. No case studies written without your permission, no names used as references without asking, no details shared in conversations with anyone else. That's not a policy. It's how the practice runs.
